Refund policy
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn and have all original packaging and tags. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items and nutrition items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which have a manufacturer's defective may be returned or exchanged. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase date to receive credit via the original form of payment. Any items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. We do not accept returns past 60 days of purchase.
We strive for your happiness! If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so in two ways:
- Return your item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment and the card you used to purchase the item.
- Mail your item back in the original shipping box or envelope. If you tape a label to the outside of a shoe box you will only be eligible for store credit. Shoe boxes and all items have to be in the original shipping box or envelope. Once a return is initiated, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the product and a shipping fee of $10-15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Instructions for shipping back an item:
- Include a copy of your packing slip in the box or envelope. Write your order number on the outside of the box.
- You are responsible for the return postage cost per below and knowing the tracking information.
- A $10-15 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount and a pre-paid label will be emailed to you.
- Once PRO receives the return, the card used for payment will be credited within three business days of when we receive your return if the product is in it’s original new condition and within the 30 day return window.
- If the product is worn you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card to use towards another purchase.
- If the product is defective PRO will replace with the same or similar item or if that is not possible, issue a refund.
- If the product is returned outside of our 30 day return window you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card to use towards another purchase.
- We do not accept returns past 60 days of purchase.
**Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.

Price Match Policy
We will honor price matching in store for items that are the same color, size, brand and sku with proper verification. Subject to manager approval.
