What exactly does a day in the life of PRO team member look like? We're a small, family owned business with big goals and big dreams.

Beyond the Store
Did someone say free shoes? We partner with the worlds biggest and most progressive running brands who want us to be the leader in getting their product out into the world and on people's feet. Nike, Brooks, Hoka, On, Saucony and more, frequently offer opportunities for our staff to have early (and complimentary) access to the latest footwear and apparel in order for us to properly educate customers about their product lines. Aside from physical product, our employees in the past have had all expense paid trips across the country to run, learn and grown with national brands so they can bring back that knowledge and experience to PRO.
Get Paid to Run
What makes run speciality special, is its employees and the outreach we have in our community. With 4 weekly group runs, there's plenty of opportunity to lead events and runs, participate in races and expos and do cool things like hand out Nuun shots to runners during a night 5k in downtown Milwaukee.
Our mission is to make people's soles happy and that includes our employees. We do our best to have flexiblity in scheduling and to accommodate those with families. Your hobby of running is probably what inspired you to look up our hiring page, we want to make sure you still have time to do what you love while helping others become inspired to move.
Feel Good About your Career
We sell running shoes and apparel. However there's much more behind a pair of well worn shoes than just a price tag. Our PRO staff is made of professionals who've crossed over from careers in teaching, athletic training, social work and beyond. We're proud to have a team made up of individuals who wanted to better align their values, time and passion with their careers. PRO participates in numerous charity events and community outreach programs to help put shoes on people's feet in need. Aside from helping others, PRO does offer a variety of opportunities for growth within and outside of the company.
