We are currently hiring part-time sales associates for the role of Outfitter—the team members who create the experience our customers rave about.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience or a passion for running/running shoes is ideal
- Evening availability (4–7 PM) and weekend availability (Saturday 10–5, Sunday 11–5) is required
Compensation:
- $15–$23/hour, depending on experience and availability
- For part-time associates, a minimum of 15 hours/week is required

A Day in the Life
What exactly does a day in the life of PRO team member look like? As a small, family-owned business with big dreams, we've spent the past 18 years sharing our passion for running, our product expertise, and our own fitness journeys with customers. Our mission is to help everyone who walks through our doors find the perfect gear and feel welcomed into our vibrant community.
On any given day, you'll be fitting shoes, swapping running stories, offering advice, and constantly learning about the latest trends in the running world and the wide range of products we carry. It's a dynamic, rewarding environment where you're not just helping customers—you're building relationships and growing alongside a passionate team.

Did someone mention free shoes? We partner with some of the biggest and most innovative running brands in the world, including Nike, Brooks, Hoka, On, Saucony, and more. These brands trust us to be leaders in getting their products into the hands—and on the feet—of runners everywhere. As a result, our team regularly gets exclusive, complimentary access to the latest footwear and apparel, so we can stay ahead of the curve and provide the best advice to our customers.
And it doesn't stop there—our employees have even enjoyed all-expenses-paid trips across the country to run, learn, and grow with these national brands, bringing back valuable knowledge and firsthand experience to share with the PRO community.
