Testimonials
This is one of the last true all service running stores left in the Milwaukee area. Sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I feel they are in tune with local races and running events. The store is well stocked, and can get most items in a reasonable timeframe.
Not a runner or an athlete, but PT recommended this place for better shoes to meet my needs...and my knees. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got just the right pair...including switching them out when the first pair weren't working out. Superb customer service. My new go to shoe place!
These associates really are the "sommeliers of shoes"! They really are incredible and they really know their stuff. They are super friendly as soon as you walk through the door. If you need running shoes, save your self from wasting time going anywhere else.
Great experience at PRO! I went in for a new pair of road running shoes and, after a bit of analysis and some "test runs," I came home with a pair. I did a few runs and discovered they were just too tight on one foot so I called and asked for my options. PRO took my shoes back no problem, and helped me find a new pair that had a wider toe box. All of the employees are courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this store more!
