Performance Running Outfitters 5k training program is geared towards beginning runners or runners who have taken a break from consistent training and want to get back in shape. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. We’ll provide a supportive and structured training class to help you complete a 5k in 10 weeks. This class is taught by our in-house coach, Nicole who also has a degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer.
