Do  you want to complete a 5K and don’t know where to begin? Then this is the class for you! Our Get Fit 5k program is geared towards the new runner, former runner or non-runner who has always wanted to finish a 5K and needs some weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. PRO will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for new runners. The Fall-2 2014 class will finish by running the Run into the New Year on December 31st. Completing a 5k will be just the beginning steps towards an improved lifestyle!

 

It is recommended that you can walk for 30 minutes before beginning this program and have an “ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Wednesdays each week for 10 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support  are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.

 

Informational Meeting:
Wednesday, October 8th at 7pm at our Brookfield location.

 

Program Begins:
Wednesday, October 22nd at 6pm at our Brookfield location.

 

Deadline to Register:
