Performance Running Outfitters 10k training program is geared towards those that have completed the 5k distance (3.1miles) and are looking to increase their mileage and fitness. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. We’ll provide a supportive and structured training class to help you complete a 10k in 11 weeks. This class is taught by our in-house coach, Nicole who also has a degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer.
