Performance Running Outfitters 10k training program is geared towards those comfortable running 2 miles and are looking to increase their mileage and fitness. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. We’ll provide a supportive and structured training class to help you complete a 10k in 10 weeks. This class will have 2 written training plan options for beginner 10k runners or for those who have completed a 10k before (all plans will run the same distance at class). This class is taught by our in-house coach, Nicole who also has a degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer.
Class will train towards the Brewers Mini 10k and the Milwaukee Marathon 10k races or any other fall races.
